All UK networks will disconnect Pay As You Go SIM cards if they are not topped up and used periodically. Therefore, we recommend that everyone tops up their numbers and makes a call every three months to ensure that the number stays active.(Please be aware that calls made through social Apps, such as WhatsApp, Line, and Telegram...are not included.) If a chargeable call is not made every three months, the SIM card will expire and be disconnected.
