How It Works

1
Search for your unique number
2
Pay for your number
3
Receive your sim card or pac code
Our standard procedure for providing customers with mobile numbers is by issuing a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC). Once issued, PACs can be used immediately and enable your mobile network to legally transfer your new mobile number from our SIM card to your SIM card within 24 hours. Furthermore, PACs offer complete freedom to choose the mobile network of your choice for using your new mobile number, as well as the billing method and tariff that best suits your needs. We always send PACs to customers via email, which also includes detailed instructions on how to use your PAC and other helpful information.

What is PAC CODE?

A PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) Code allows you to change mobile phone network and to keep your existing phone number. It takes no more than 24 hours and you’ll experience no or minimal downtime during the transfer of the phone number. A PAC Code is normally 9 digits long (in the format ABC123789).

Why my SIM card has expired?

All UK networks will disconnect Pay As You Go SIM cards if they are not topped up and used periodically. Therefore, we recommend that everyone tops up their numbers and makes a call every three months to ensure that the number stays active.(Please be aware that calls made through social Apps, such as WhatsApp, Line, and Telegram...are not included.) If a chargeable call is not made every three months, the SIM card will expire and be disconnected. The network will not be able to reconnect the SIM card, resulting in the loss of the number. Please take care of your own number.
