Q: How do i purchase new numbers?
A:    To purchase a new mobile number, follow these simple steps:

  1. Select the mobile number you wish to purchase.
  2. Click the "Add to Cart" button.
  3. Go to the shopping cart by clicking "My Cart."
  4. Complete the checkout process.

Q: How do i pay for my numbers?
A: You can pay for your mobile numbers in five ways:

  1. PayPal
  2. Debit or credit card
  3. Bank transfer
  4. Cash collection at a store located in London.
  5. Crypto and USDT

​Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Our same-day dispatch service is available for all orders placed before 4 PM (Monday to Friday). The SIM card and PAC code will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class signed and recorded delivery, which typically takes 2-3 working days to arrive.

Q: What is PAC CODE?
A:A PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) Code allows you to change mobile phone network and to keep your existing phone number. It takes no more than 24 hours and you’ll experience no or minimal downtime during the transfer of the phone number. A PAC Code is free (your mobile operator cannot charge for it) and is normally 9 digits long (in the format ABC 123 789).

Q: How To transfer your phone number to a new provider, you can follow these steps:

  1. Contact your new network's customer service: Get in touch with the customer service team of your new network and inform them that you would like to transfer your number to their network.

  2. Provide them with your PAC code: Your new network will need your PAC code in order to complete the transfer. Your PAC code is a unique code provided by your old network which authorizes the transfer of your phone number to your new network.

  3. Wait for the transfer to be completed: Once you have provided your PAC code to your new network, they will take care of the rest. The transfer process may take one to two working days, depending on the network.

  4. Once you give the Pac code to your new network and they accept the PAC code,what if I change my mind ? Can i ask the network to cancel the porting process?

  5. No.you can't.If you give them the PAC CODE and then call to cancel.They will cancel the entire number.You will lost your phone number.So don't do it

Q: Why my SIM card has expired?
A:All UK mobile networks will deactivate pay-as-you-go SIM cards that have not been topped up and used regularly. To maintain the active status of your number, it is advised to make a chargeable call or refill your account every three months. If you do not comply with this recommendation, your SIM card will expire and be disconnected. The network will not be able to reactivate the card, resulting in the loss of your number.

Q: What happens if I lose my phone with my new number on it?

A: If you lose your phone with your new number on it, you should contact your mobile network provider as soon as possible to report it lost or stolen. Your network provider can then help you secure your account and arrange for a replacement SIM card with your new number to be sent to you.

Q: Is your handset locked?
A: Does your phone screen show ''Emergency calls only" or "Invalid SIM" ? Your phone may be locked to your previous mobile provider. You will need to contact them and they should be able to unlock it for you

Q: How do I obtain a PAC Code?
A: We will provide you with a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC Code). This code allows you to transfer your mobile number to any pay-as-you-go or pay monthly network of your choice. The process of transferring your number is known as "porting" and can be easily done by providing the PAC code to your new network in 24 hours. 


Q: How long is a PAC Code valid for?

A: A Porting Authorisation Code (PAC Code) must be used within 30 days from the time it is issued. After 28 days, the code will expire and a new one will need to be requested. It is important to provide the PAC Code to your new network in a timely manner to ensure a smooth transfer of your mobile number. Q: Can I take Pay As You Go credit with me to my new network?
​A:  No, unfortunately it is not possible to transfer Pay As You Go credit between networks. You should try to use up all of your credit before the number transfer usually takes place – any credit left on the day of the number transfer will be lost.

Q: WHICH MOBILE NETWORKS WILL SUPPORT ESIM?

A: At the moment, EE and Vodafone and O2 support eSIM, though for Vodafone, it’s just the Apple Watch Series 3 or 4 Cellular that’s supported. However, in time, it’s expected that other carriers will start supporting eSIM, and on more handsets.


Q: Can a pay as you go customer opt for a pay monthly phone and still retain the old number?
​A:PAYG customers can migrate to Pay monthly contract of the same network, prior to migration network will run all the credit and verification checks once again. After successful completion of these checks customers will be migrated to the new contract.
