Q: How do i purchase new numbers?
A: Purchasing your new mobile number couldn't be easier.Once you decide which mobile number you want to purchase,click the number add cart button then click My Cart and checkout.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We operate SAME DAY DISPATCH service on all orders placed before 4pm (Mon-Fri).Numbers will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class signed recorded delivery (2-3 working days).
Q: How do i pay for my numbers?
A: There are 4 ways that you can pay: PayPal. debit card and credit card,bank transfer,cash collect in our store in London.
Q: Why my SIM card has expired?
A; All of the UK networks will disconnect pay as you go SIM card if they are not topped up and used from time to time.Therefore we recommend everyone to top up your numbers and make a call every 3 months to ensure the number stay active.If you didn't make a chargeable call every 3 months ,SIM card will expired and disconnect,the network can not reconnect SIM card,you will lose your number.
Q: Is your handset locked?
A: Does your phone screen show ''Emergency calls only" or "Invalid SIM" ? Your phone may be locked to your previous mobile provider. You will need to contact them and they should be able to unlock it for you
Q: What is PAC CODE?
A:A PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) Code allows you to change mobile phone network and to keep your existing phone number. It takes no more than 24 hours and you’ll experience no or minimal downtime during the transfer of the phone number. A PAC Code is free (your mobile operator cannot charge for it) and is normally 9 digits long (in the format ABC 123 789).
Q: How do I obtain a PAC Code?
A: You need to call the customer services department of your current network.
For those on the big five networks, call the following numbers:
3 (Three): 333 from your mobile (or 0843 373 3333 from a landline)
O2 – Pay Monthly: 202 from your mobile (or 0344 8090202 from a landline)
O2 – Pay As You Go: 4445 from your mobile (or 0344 8090 222 from a landline)
EE: 150 from your mobile (or 07953 966 250 from a landline)
Vodafone: 191 from your mobile (or 03333 040 191 from a landline)
Lebara: 5588 from your mobile (or 0870 075 5588 from a landline)
Q: How long is a PAC Code valid for?
A: You must provide the PAC Code to your new network within 30 days of issue. If your PAC Code has not been used after 28 days, it will expire and you will need to request a new one.
Q: How long does it take to transfer my number?
A:You will need to provide the PAC code to the new service provider within 7 days of receiving the package. Your number will be transferred in approximately 24-48 hours after receiving the PAC code. In some cases(the network port half service which can't receive incoming calls and texts) this may take up to 14 days.
Q: Can I take Pay As You Go credit with me to my new network?
A: No, unfortunately it is not possible to transfer Pay As You Go credit between networks. You should try to use up all of your credit before the number transfer usually takes place – any credit left on the day of the number transfer will be lost.
A: At the moment, EE and Vodafone support eSIM, though for Vodafone, it’s just the Apple Watch Series 3 or 4 Cellular that’s supported. However, in time, it’s expected that other carriers will start supporting eSIM, and on more handsets.
Q: Can a pay as you go customer opt for a pay monthly phone and still retain the old number?
A:PAYG customers can migrate to Pay monthly contract of the same network, prior to migration network will run all the credit and verification checks once again. After successful completion of these checks customers will be migrated to the new contract.
