Perfect service. Good communication. Easy to use.
I was, as most people would be, a little reticent to begin with but felt convinced by these reviews..so it feels only right to add my experience to the fold. Service beyond the call of duty...

I bought a VIP number for my young son in Dec 18 and it was an easy good service from Vipnumbers. I was very happy. Then my provider (Giff Gaff) switched the number as my son had not noticed messages saying they would to this due to inactivity. I then spent ages in really complicated process trying to recover it from GiffGaff.

Then seconds after I sent an email to Vipnumbers explaining the problem, they called my back and said they had saved my number as they kept an eye on it nearly a year after they had sold it to me. They sent me a new SIM that day and we are over joyed it is not lost after spending £350 on it the first place. We are super-happy with that service

Amazing!!

So, I have been looking for a unique number for quite a while, and been browsing the web for a few weeks. Came across vip numbers, and was amazed at the prices! Highly Recommended

At first I was not sure whether this was a good purchase. But I was relieved with the reviews here and I was so satifsfied with all the services which VIPnumbers provided.
Shipping of SIM card was superfast and communications were excellent. Because this was my 1st UK number and I don't know what is the right process, I had so many questions. I was explained until I could fully understand.
I really recommend VIPnumbers to who has interest in and plan to have UK VIP numbers.

Excellent and prompt service.

Excellent service. The PAC code to my Gold number was provided within hours of payment along with sound advice on how to port it to my own network. Once I had contacted my mobile network provider, the number was ported over without problems and I was up and running within two working days. Many thanks VIPnumbers team!

A fantastic and faultless service!

Great numbers, great service, recommended.

These guys were a surprise, in a very good way. Found a number I liked, so far so easy, then had a couple of questions. They were answered immediately (even though out of hours) complete with very customer-centric satisfaction guarantee. After purchase PAC code came immediately and the network did the rest. Couple of months now and no problems. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a more memorable number and now iPhones allow two numbers, I'll probably be back for another!

Flawless service

I was a bit nervous about buying a number online, but after reading the reviews thought I'd go for it. They were brilliant, a good selection of numbers and very easy to set up even for a technophobe like me!

Because I wanted to stay with my provider I didn't even need to wait for the sim to arrive, they just texted me a code and I got it all set up online within minutes.

I had a very good experience with this company. I saw a phone number that I really wanted, at a reduced price. However, I was a bit nervous/cautious, as I'd never used the company before. However, I need not have worried, as everything went very smoothly. Transaction was very easy, and, more important, the seller was VERY helpful, answering any questions, and giving good advice, by text, right up until my new number was properly set up in a new phone. It's been twelve weeks since I purchased my new number, and everything has been fine, and I'm really pleased with my new number, as it's so much easier for me to remember. ( I was constantly forgetting my old number). So... all-round good service from "Vipnumbers", and worthy of a 5-star review, from me. :-)
